Yup!! That’s the new catchline that Google Reader engineers have come up in promoting Google Reader, even with a video – which is typical Google!! Crisp, clinical and of course – casual
! [Word has it that it was Robert Scoble who suggested Google to even come up with a video]
And do check it out – they have got a cool new interface and I definitely like the interface over the drab previous one. With OPML import, it was a breeze to get my Flock blogmarks and other feeds into Google Reader, and I have ditched Flock officially now. They were just hogging memory in my case [Don't ask my why anymore!!].

Check it out and give it a whirl
!! It’s innovative, it’s cool, and it’s a definite competition for Bloglines
!

new interface is cooler than the old one … i depend on some feeds for my daily work routine. so i prefer some cool feed reader (for offline usage) and i’ve been comfortable with liferea.

Although i like the new interface a lot, the darn thing seems to be the major cause for my PC memory shortage. As soon i load that fella up, bam, everything starts to work sluggishly as firefoz seems to be taking 70Mb of my memory For someone who has very very low memory by today’s standards it a real pain!

Whoa!! Didn’t notice that… But then Firefox and Flock pretty much take about 150MB of physical and virtual memory on my laptop after visting say about 10-20 sites and about 5-6 refreshes per page
!!
How much memory do u have on ur system anyway? And which OS do u run? Considering FFox, I am guessing a Linux OS, coz only that can easily work even with a low memory!!

@ Johnny: Not really, kinda muddles up the browser and there is a chance, it’s providing wrong information!! If present in cache, it’s gonna show that version to you – a LOT more faster as far as performance is concerned. However, that may not be the latest info per se.
