The Man vs Mothership - A Change in the way employees are treated in companies?

Compelling?? I dunno - At this point of time and space in my life - hell yeah!! F*** the man [in a totally non-gay way] is my policy!! Not when The Man is not treating you as his child. Btw, since when did companies become “The Man” from Mothership?
I mean even if “The Man” treated you like a gay life partner, it wouldn’t be as bad as being treated like a bastard.
There’s definitely a change in the treatment of companies - of their employees. The mother has become the man!! Well, what do you expect?? :-P!

I resigned from a position as a teacher because the employees, and children were treated like machines. I figure that anyone working with people, and children should like people, and treat each with respect, and dignity. This man was never in any service to our country, but tried to behave like he was the general. I’m personally glad that the tide is changing. Compassion, empathy, and understanding is not a gender role for women, only. The administrators I respected were the ones with class, and a heart for the problems of the people they are supposed to protect, and guide.A great work environment produces more productivity, not less…

However, I agree with the fact that a great work environment, make that also an empathetic work environment enhances productivity by a humongous factor :-)!
